Purchase Or Registration Queries
If you have purchased a product, but have not received your registration code, or if your code does not appear to work, please contact us at:

Please mention the e-mail address that you used to purchase the product (The address registered with Paypal) and the approximate date and time of your purchase (This should be on your Paypal Receipt) and the Paypal transaction number. This will enable us to track down your purchase more quickly.
